The dedication to Monty Oum was because he and Ross O'Donovan were close friends, and he encouraged Ross to make his show a reality. After Monty's passing, he was more determined than ever to do so. I'm so happy his hard work finally paid off.

Fun Fact: The impact frame when Flappers delivers the final blow to Snappers contains Monty Oum's signature. Ross put a picture of it in the center and drew the impact frame around it.

During the opening when Kit and Kaboodle beat the game you can see they were looking at a plan written on a piece of paper, and beat the villains of the game by doing what it said

Explains how Fold knew who they were

You have actually heard Arin's voice before, in the owl house as King's dad ^^. Hard to recognize since the range is completely different fir the characters here.

Monty Oum, creator of RWBY, was a close friend of Ross O'Donovan and the one who encouraged him to pursue his idea for the series. Seeing that dedication really hurts but it's wonderful to know that Monty Oum's legacy lives on even though he passed away in 2015.
My respects to Monty and Ross O'Donovan.

Hearing Jschlatt voice Kaboodle is so surreal and funny, instantly recognizable voice lmao

Fun Facts:
Kit's last name is Bodega.
Her parents are Orph, the fat cat cook, and Tina, the cat with bangs who makes a heart with her tail.
Kit is half Italian-New Yorker on her father's side and half Latina on her mother's side.
Kit is 26 years old.

Two theories I have after this. The first I’m almost certain of the second is more speculation.
1-Fold was responsible for the destruction of Kit’s world. We see in her dream she had found a paper that detailed how to beat the villains Malice and Mayhem. He was that paper.  That’s also how the Syntax were able to rescue Malice and Mayhem. Also how he knew so much about Kit and Kaboodle and what they were capable of.
2-Warrick was originally the hero of his game world which collapsed when he defeated dusk (the elf) who was the villain. Then they swapped roles-Dusk started gathering heroes to aid villains and save other worlds while Warrick became obsessed with bringing back his world no matter how many others it cost in the process.

19:20 I am all for it, it was clever, indirecy and the punchline hit much harder when it's a out of nowhere

WAIT, if winning causes Syntax Errors, it is HEAVILY hinted that the Gameoverse was left incomplete by the Devs: There's no winning screen, nor a way to restart.

fun fact: during Kit and Kaboodle's beam cannon attack near the end, the impact frame shows Monty's "keep moving forward" and his signature (a sun with his name spelled out in bird wings).

Fun fact! While Kaboodle being voiced by jschlatt might sound weird, I think the spanish dub does something even weirder. His VA in spanish is Gerardo Garcia, who is famous for being the spanish voice of Adam Sandler in all of his movies.

Kaboodle is Adam Sandler in Spanish.

I'm so proud of Ross.  I remember watching his flash cartoons in the late 2000s, including the original Gamoverse series in 2010.  It's so amazing to see the project he's dedicated so much of his life to finally get the recognition it deserves.

My theory is that the worlds in Gameoverse games live in an eternal cycle of destruction and rebirth. When you finish the game, it ends, and then you can play it again from the beginning and finish it as many times as you want. I believe that Warrick discovered that the villains in the games are doomed to lose eternally, so he found a way to steal the energy of the worlds before they are rebuilt, so they can create a new universe where their victory is eternal.

I can't be the only one surprised that Elijah didn't simp for Kit and/or Miss Information more, right? I thought it would be a given, especially after the swimsuits came out.

22:21 Jschlatt is a famous YouTuber and streamer who I’d say most people including myself were introduced to back when he was on the DSMP as an evil dictator. He is legit hilarious but as a warning if you ever decide to check him out his content is very adult and intense.

10:42 im sure someone else commented this already, but flappers the super dolphin and gobbles were the original protagonists in the 2009 newgrounds animations of this.

9:13 that literally the creator of the show, Ross 😭😭

Lulu, the one with Kit in one of the photos, is probably not from the same game world because her ear rings look the same symbol in the ship controller. So she is probably a character from another game world that is working on Farcade same as Kit

That Monty Oum memorial hit me like a truck, I’m sure he’d be DAMN proud of Ross making his dream come true like he did.
