若い店長さんの志に心打たれました。それにどれも美味しそうです😊

I LOVE THAT THIS MANAGER IS CLEAN WITH THE FOOD THAT HE'S PREPARING! MAKES ME WANT TO EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! AND WHAT DEDICATION! KUDOS TO HIM!
I SAVED THIS VIDEO SO I CAN KEEP COMING BACK TO IT AND TO SHOW OTHERS HOW CLEAN HE IS WITH THE FOOD!
HOPE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO COOK FOOD ARE THIS CLEAN, WHEREVER THEY ARE IN THE WORLD!
THIS SHOULD BE A STANDARD!

Wow what a hard worker..Europe and us etc they would probably have six people doing that work.

What a cool place😊

I’m going to just get it out omg this young gentleman has got a dream and determination that everything he touches will turn to gold ❤ congratulations sweetheart just reach for the stars and don’t forget to lasso the moon Aussie gal is in the kitchen with my new friend ❤

どれも凄く美味しそう。店長さん何時間働いてるんですか？夜中3時からの仕込みは大変ですね💦

Starting work at 3AM and serving endless waves of tempura and udon, this place is on another leve

I wish there was an Iron Chef remake restaurant style.  It would be cool to include these wonderful chefs, but I would include people who work the street stalls as well.

solch einnen service wünsche ich mir in deutschland, schon beim zuschauen bekommt man hunger

What a keeper, as we say in English! An amazing young man. I wonder if he’s following in his father’s footsteps or he hopes his children will follow him. I wonder if he makes good money from this as I can see how the ingredients he is using must be expensive. And so many are thrown away after making stock with them. I’m very impressed.

Best restaurant-video I have seen! 🍜🥇
