The WiiM Vibelink Amp is designed to do one thing: deliver clean, serious power. But when I paired it with the WiiM Ultra and compared the pure analog connection with the digital input, I heard something I wasn’t expecting.

I really wanted to use this with my TV as the core of a 2.1 system, but the lack of a .1 (subwoofer) output is a deal breaker for me. A huge oversight, IMHO :(

The biggest surprise for me: in my system, the Vibelink sounded noticeably better connected digitally than through its much-advertised “pure analog” input. Did digital just win—or was this simply the better combination of components?
