Jameis Winston is officially on the clock for the Giants.

Evan and Tiki explain why Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals feels like put up or shut up time for Winston, with J.J. McCarthy now looming behind him. After excuses involving weather, game circumstances and limited opportunities, the Giants may finally get a clear answer on whether Winston can still be their starting quarterback.

If Winston struggles again, the conversation could quickly shift toward how soon John Harbaugh is willing to turn to McCarthy.

You guys are soo spot on this week with our quarterback situation im hoping Winston plays well inly because i predicted this season with Dart getting hurt and Winston starting and taking us to the playoffs.. Crazy but i just knew, ( Giant fan 50 yrs) what was going to happen but im pulling for harbaugh and want us to be successful this year we need it🙄🙄🙏🙏🙏

I have a feeling that we’ll be talking more about our defense against the Cardinals if we lose. Cards have weapons. That pass rush needs to happen.

The rain last weekend was crazy. I went to the game and you couldn't even pull your phone out for a second without it getting drenched. I can't imagine throwing a football or catching on in that. The only drive that resulted in a TD was when it magically stopped raining for a single drive.

I want JJ out there as soon as he's ready. He is talented and was given up on. This offense fits his skill set perfectly. And get Leek and Likely the fucking ball

Are the near hash misses fear of giving up a pick 6??

They are right.....the clock is ticking on Winston. I have loved him since his FSU days.....but he does not look OK. He looked good in the pre-season so there is hope and he was good last year. But he looks like Russ did last year ....just that deer in the headlights look. GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!

If you think they signed someone as famous as JJ to not play you're insane

Yes, the offense was designed for Dart; however, it’s been almost 2 weeks so it’s time to pivot. If Jameis continues to play the same way this Sunday, they will have to think about starting JJ. So we’ll give Jameis 2 hall passes: 1, he was thrown in with the unexpected Dart injury and 2, the horrible rain last Sunday. His job was to protect the ball which he did. So we’ll see what happens against AZ.

Winston has accomplished more than both Dart and JJ.. Penalties and redzone play calling have been

If JJ McCarthy fails how do you go back to Winston.

Us ex-KOC Vikings fans and old time McCarthy Michigan fans are here and watching. Go Giants, GO McCarthy!!! Can you imagine the Giants and McCarthy picking apart Flo's defense who McCarthy has practiced against for two years?!!! That will be so delicious.

It’s not all about Winston. Winston can be “ok” if our OLINE plays at a high level of protection with LOW penalties.
IT ALL BEGINS UPFRONT!
G-MEN!

Winston needs to make basic plays. No one is expecting Tom Brady. Get that running game going and if they stack the box, he should have opportunities.

We don’t know what’s gonna happen?
I think you do.
He’s a troll, can’t throw, didn’t even know they play Rams when he had to go in- I’d release him right after that showing

The offense was designed around Dart's skill set which involves him running and being mobile. Winston is like Herman Munster back there.

Winston is horrible. He can't run, he can't throw a dart, too many pump fakes, his decisions are made 2 steps too slow and he apparently can't play in Northeast weather where his team is situated.
