In this episode, we continue to explore the topic of digital nomads. This time, we'll travel to the tropical corner of South America – Medellin, Colombia. We'll explore the ins and outs of the nomadic lifestyle and discover what makes Medellin so appealing to visitors.

We'll meet an amazing couple, Oksana and Larry, born in Ukraine, who lived in America for many years and traveled to 42 countries. They'll share how they ended up in Medellin and bought an apartment there just five weeks later. We'll discuss stereotypes associated with Colombia and how safe it is. We'll also ask them to describe the average Colombian and learn about local attitudes toward newcomers.

Oksana and Larry will also discuss the challenges of adapting to the country, including healthcare, climate, and local cuisine. We'll also learn about their businesses, why they're not legal in all countries, and how they manage to combine work and travel. We'll also discuss the Digital Nomad Visa and investor visa, which allow you to reside in Colombia. Oksana and Larry will also talk about the pros and cons of nomadism and offer advice to those planning to move to Colombia.

We'll also meet Jara from Canada. She lived most of her life in Amsterdam, but has been traveling the world for six years now. From Jara, we'll learn which areas of Medellin are safest, what kind of accommodation she rents, and how much money she needs to live comfortably here.
