Why do smart people often feel targeted, dismissed, or pushed to the margins? This video breaks down the social dynamics behind intelligence, envy, ego, and why clarity makes people uncomfortable. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood for seeing too much, thinking deeper, or refusing to conform, this explains the hidden rules of social power, group behavior, and why accuracy often gets punished instead of rewarded.

It’s even worse when they find out that you don’t value status or money in the same capacity they do.

Don't forget the amount of satisfaction average indulgence people feel in holding an intelligent person back.

They don't care about your intelligence... they care about your submission... it's sickening fr

People don’t like when you shatter their comfortable illusions.

I would rather be intelligent, authentic, and alone rather than hanging with a bunch of chickens who only gossip, complain, and compare ego sizes. Think like an eagle. They fly solo

In a world full of mad people sane person is considered mad 😢

It's funny how genuinely smart, capable people are usually kinda humble, and prefer to NOT be the smartest one in the room...because they want to LEARN.

Being intelligent doesn't work out well for hierarchical structures based on seniority, because intelligence is an obvious indicator showing who should actually be in charge.

When you detach from the ego, you basically detach from this world. That’s the part no one told us.

I feel just as lonely as whoever is reading this.

Oscar Wilde figured it out long ago...
If you're smarter than your peers, you'd better be ENTERTAINING to them.
If you aren't...prepare to be hated on.
Shiiiiiiiiid...most will hate on you regardless!

People are comfortable being ignorant just leave them alone is what I'm learning.

“Stop expecting average environments to reward what you do best.” I needed to hear this.

It makes you a target. A target for bullying, a target for those who feel inferior and a target for those who just are idiots.

I learned at a young age to downplay my intelligence. A lifetime of faking mediocrity. Pretty sad actually. I also learned that there are some people you just have to let think they are brilliant. Not worth the hatred and vengeance that will be thrown your way.

Keep something in mind if you find you have superior intellect: You cannot succeed working for someone else. The sooner you face this fact the more you will accomplish.
