Oryx: perfect, elegant English.

Omnigul: incoherent screams.

Guardians: "Okay, so we'll sneak in using a hive ship with a stealth drive so they don't use their weapon against us"
Cabal: "Just ram 'em lol"

“Six of you went down into the pit”

Person who beat Crota’s end solo: nah just me

Oryx: YOU KILLED MY SON!

D2 players: I don't even know who you are.

The taken in d1: We destroyed a cabal base in five minutes and destroyed an awoken fleet in 5 minutes

Taken in d2: We keep rewinding a city and don’t want you to talk to the big space Dorito

I wish we had more of Oryx talking normally. That voice is BADASS.

"How's your sister?"

Oryx was definitely the greatest villain ever introduced to the destiny universe.

Despite was people may think about this game many can all agree on one great thing about this game:

The soundtrack

To be honest, every Exo character in Destiny was likable. The Stranger's unknown aura and constantly calling the Ghost "little light", Cayde's personality, Banshee-44's badass voice.

Oryx's vooice is the fucking best. I'm amazed it came from a guy that has done barely any acting work. Dude nailed this role out of the park.

"Gather them. I will take them all." is still one of the most raw lines I've heard in any video game.

I like how the Dreadnaught is still there, 3 years later.

This was a nostalgic trip. Taken king was definitely one of the best expansions to ever exist

D2 players: who is crota?

Me an OG ah yes the raid that was a strike

@jeffreyaguilar8028 8 years ago

Oryx in Kings Fall: Any last words
Guardian: how’s your son... and daughters?

People may hate destiny's gameplay and story. But we can all agree that two things that were awesome. Cayde and the soundtrack.

@TommysMatchbook 7 years ago

Cayde: dies
Hunters: demonic spectral blades sounds

Seeing this makes me want a Destiny movie, like a prequel showing the events that lead up to the wall and City

To this day, no Destiny villain has Oryx's aura. You logged in on release day, saw these cutscenes, and the Taken were just EVERYWHERE. All the places you'd been patrolling for a year. It actually felt like a system-wide invasion.
