I cant actuakly get my head around the fact there was 6 months between Attitude and Smackdown.

Felt like I lived 3 years in 6 months looking back

I got this game when it came out. I graduated from Elementary School in June of 99 which is probably how I was able to afford it. I got it for Playstation and years later, I had it for Dreamcast. I played this game all the time. But it's not easy to go back to now.

The highlight of this was you could create almost unlimited wrestlers & it was the first that let you fully customize their moveset.

Still play it to this day. Just works for me. As a tip; stable match, falls count anywhere, finisher only - is one of the funnest modes ever

I had this on the PlayStation. Warzone too. This was basically Wrestling Empire for the PlayStation.

I was a huge WWE fan, but my favorite game at that time was WCW vs NWO

I have a great memory from This game. I remember I was IN THE ZONE (Ahem...) I don't remember who I've used but I was fighting Droz. I pinned him and I was like...I Brutalized him.

2 seconds later it showed the stats, Droz didn't hit me once! His stats were greyed out. This was an amazing feeling at that time!

I jumped from this to Smackdown 2. But I'll NEVER forget messing with the controls to make finishers easier.

I love this game as a kid. Between this and warzone I was good until smackdown 3 came out on the ps2 I believe

I got this game on Christmas '99. I played the hell out of Warzone so I was happy for this game. Looking back it aged horribly but at the time I played it so much.

I'm pretty sure ICP were gonna be in this game, as the create a wrestler has both members face paint.

I played A LOT of Warzone and Attitude as well as the 2 ECW versions of the game. I loved them all. That first ECW game was special because ECW was my favorite league after the WWF screwed over Bret Hart.

I still play this and War Zone every once and awhile 👌🏽

It’s a good point that this got a short moment in the spotlight. I enjoyed all the modes and content when I first got this then just moved on. Warzone was barebones but I have way more memories because it was the only wwf game going for ages.
