1 egg
100 g sugar
200 g sour cream or yogurt
100 g butter or margarine
100 ml milk
vanillin
1 tsp baking soda + 1 tbsp vinegar 9% or 6%
600 g flour
Bake the layers at 180 g for 12-15 minutes.
For the frosting:
1 egg
1 liter milk
150 g sugar
100 g cornstarch
80 g butter
vanillin
200 g Any jam or marmalade.
If you're making the cream with flour, beat 2 eggs and 150g of sugar, add 100g of flour (5 tbsp), and then add hot (boiling) milk. Pour into a saucepan and simmer until done.
