always in awe by how much you manage to achieve in one day, i will do one load of laundry and feel like ive been productive enough to relax until bed time

i love the rawness of your videos, you don’t paint yourself in a way to where your so organized, you show what it’s like to be human and you don’t have to apologize for not being able to pick up a camera while your living YOUR life, i appreciate how real you are, even the b roll type shots i love that it’s not heavily edited to where your life seems like a movie but enough to where it’s your own style video

If you green tea has caffeine in it it might be keeping you up. There's plenty of caffeine free teas. Anything that's not a "true tea" (containing Camellia sinesis) is called a tisane and those rarely have caffeine. Examples of tisanes are Rooibus, Chamomile, and Rose tea. :)

Sincerely,
certified tea drinker lmao

I want to see more of your dog, please. :chillwdog:

yesss for the shopping spree & filming in public! you whipped out the camera & it gave u even more confidence to buy something 😂😂  we love that!

I struggle with depression, sometimes around my period, sometimes not, and the thing that really helps me is give yourself permission to drop everything and goof off. You don't have to accomplish anything other than getting through and you're allowed to do whatever you want that makes you feel slightly better or distracted from it when you're in one of those times. I felt like I was carrying so much productivity guilt and just realizing, hello, when you feel shitty is not the time to be trying to accomplish things. I know we all have commitments but drop or reschedule everything you can and don't feel guilty about it - for you, your followers definitely understand if you're not posting regularly or whatever. Hopefully you have an advantage knowing when it's going to hit since it's part of your cycle! Anyway realizing that really helped me, I hope it helps you, it's the worst & sending you all the love to get through it ❤❤❤
