Great video! I have been puzzled by the, "what is space" question for some time. Now that I have seen the video I am no less puzzled, but I like the way you outlined it into 4 views , Newton, Leibnitz, Einstein, and the quantum.

Fantastic Video! In the 4th scheme there is a fringe but, to me, quiet compelling theory, not mentioned anywhere, that of Quantized Inertia by Dr McCulloch..

Great video on the current state, but there is another approach entirely.
I'd love to share it with you, it's very simple, physical and involves no assumptions or mathematical magic.
It is a single Asymmetric tensor, and it works perfectly, and reproduces almost all of the current state of physics.

Nice one to run across. Though missing degeneracy pressures as quantum boundaries/killing fields and maximum planck temperature and luminosity. Good compilation of what they must be looking for and that already has not been tested. Inverse square or hooks law to go with it all also.

It can be in purely metric theories, but the most promising results are in a metric-affine framework, more specifically in Palatini framework, in which the connection is symmetrical and no torsion appears. These type of theories modify the high-energy regimes, meaning that it resolves compact objects, such as black holes, or the big bang environment, systematically avoiding singularities. This is also a feat of quadratic f(R,Q), where Q is the quadratic scalar invariant of the Ricci curvature, formulated on the Palatini framework, so avoiding singularities seems to be a general feat of Palatini. The advantages of these theories is that they provide second order equations, avoiding ghosts and Ostrogradski instabilities. The problem is that they don't resolve the low-curvature issues, as they actually recover GR in the low-curvature limit. But they impose limits to how big curvature can be and that's how they systematically avoid singularities. Extensions of these theories including non-linear matter-curvature couplings seem to recover MoND on the low curvature limit, leading to a significant decrease in dark matter requirements and reproducing observations at galactic rotational curves and bullet-cluster-like galaxy clusters collision systems. It also reproduces up to the second peak og the CMB and the BAO, which is very promissing. All of this without quantizing gravity.

R-theory suggests that curvature, torsion and non-metricity are not competing explanations, but different geometric projections of one deeper resonance field. Gravity is therefore not fundamentally geometry; geometry is how changes in Zero-Field coherence appear from within emergent spacetime. Einstein’s GR would remain the macroscopic limit.
