As someone who followed a course on the subject, this is phenomenal work. Thank you! If you’re up for it, it would be great to see a video on renormalization group flow and conformal field theory. Renormalization group flow is so elegant in both high energy physics (with how the coupling strength of fundamental forces run) and statistical physics (generally how degrees of freedom are integrated out when flowing from a high energy to a low energy/effective description of physics). And conformal field theories being special in their own rights for various systems at the critical point and of course string theory because of its worldsheet theory and the AdS/CFT correspondence. Seeing a video on this topic with your level of animation would be fantastic. The renormalization group flow topic even touches on asymptotically safe gravity. Which is not often talked about. Again, great work on this!

On 3:17 I disagree, the shapes do draw an electron, and quarks, but linking them together draw the proton and nuetron.

General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics are operationally incompatable, while suppressing high dimensional String state's. This incompatability will be resolved by placing the worldsheet dynamics at the beginning of the Universe, and at the tail end of the Universe only. Stringtheory awakens to become absolute dominant description of our terminal Universe's end. Just because of dimensionality constraint, Strings are dormant during our expansive Universe.
