Rip Tom Kane. All the 4 original va’s for the characters were peak.

Perfect Dempsey impression tbh

One thing I missed the most was the characters acknowledging the other characters missing in solo, like if you were weasel, he’d mention how the other 3 are gone

I always liked the victis crew and never understood the hate towards them. Modern zombies characters are literally EVERYTHING people accused the victis crew of being.

I was NOT expecting such a good Dempsey impression 😭

The silent marines from nacht have more character than the cold war operators

5:05 fun fact, but Stuhlinger also has a unique quote with the mtar that directly references Marlton’s quote, and how he’s confused by what he means by that. I love Victis’ unique weapon quotes so much.

6:22 to be fair I always assumed that Nikolai was talking about the box itself, otherwise he would refer to it as a weapon, not a object.

“I’m going to give these maggot addicts the shock of their life.”  Thats a solid line for Dempsey.  They also don’t say anything in BO6 or 7 about running out of ammo or grabbing power ups.

The Ultimis crew is the undeniable GOAT

The Nikolai line in Origins from the B23R is actually a quote about the box itself.

Genuinely always bugged the hell out of me how they cut unique perk dialogue in BO3.

To be fair I think when he was saying he didn’t understand how it worked it was about the mystery box not the b23r but overall your point definitely still stands

This trend started with Blundell's maps where they cared more about saving the world or something else compared to just 4 dudes making fun of each other

I’ll give credit where credit is due though, each and every character having unique dialogue with each other on Alpha Omega is pretty cool.

I’ve gone back and played World At War for the first time ever, and Black Ops for the first time in years as I’ve not played them before

MAN the characters feel different compared to today

Its interesting how the bigger scopes of bo3 and bo4 took priorities away from little details like voicelines, but then the reduced scopes in cold war switched the focus to minimising cost rather than focusing back on those minor details.

i love Dempseys' personalities. both of them

"Throwing incendiary"  😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐

They used to treat voice lines as important part of the immersion, now they treat them as a random afterthought

So sad :(
