The Nightmare Moon equivelent could be that Luna goes to jail

What are obstacles Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna even face? Celestia and Luna run a freaking country and Principal Celestia's biggest task is doing paperwork

They could have easily had Celestia and Luna get in a massive fight due to Luna getting jealous over Celestia having a much easier time connecting with their classmates to mirror the pony versions fighting over Celestia being the one their citizens look to while neglecting Luna. Instead they go with a school vs school plot that doesn’t really mirror any of the events that take place in the pony world.

Celestia and Luna being Governors or even President makes more sense than principals….imo

you look super bonita with your little flower

How tf is princess celestia the god of the free world in one universe and a school principal in another? Is equestria really so small that it is closer to the size of a high school than a country?

Honestly, the writer should've made Star swirl the 'principal' of canterlot high before Celestia and Luna. Or even 'Tia's and Luna's parents. It doesn't make sense for some random person to be the 'principal', I mean it would have been nice to have at least a reference to MLP/FIM,
(According to Google, Wondercolts forever was published on 1/3/2017 while star swirl's (technically) debuted (along with the pillars) on 10/28/2017, so that could explain why star swirl wasn't writen as the 'principal' before 'Tia and Luna, BUT Star swirl was ALSO mentioned during S2 of MLP/FIM, and in The journal of the two sisters (THAT WAS PUBLISHED ON 2014).)

Maybe it's like how Jesus and can be a commonly used male name, maybe Celestia was named after the EG Version of a religious figure.

I feel like Sunset and Sci Twi were just supposed to represent Celestia and Luna due to the fact their battle was kinda similar and them becoming alicorns and sci twi slightly representing the moon and sunset representing the sun. But that’s just my opinion

I was a schoolgirl, and it was rare to talk about those in upper grades, I didn't do it. I didn't even care about them, unless we had a class together (it happened).

Just finished freshman year so: Upperclassmen I talked about from most to least and why
- A junior, because he was dating my friend
- A different junior, because he really, really, REALLY intimidates me
- A sophomore, because my friend and her were cast in roles that were in constant contact in the musical
- Another junior, because she's my friend's older sister and also got entangled in some of our drama
- A senior, because they were in a friendgroup with my ex girlfriend
- Everyone Else: I was around them in extracurriculars and made friends with them/had friends who made friends with them
So yeah I did spend free time talking about people who were upperclassmen but it was for reasons 100% unrelated to their upperclassmanness. And I'm a nerd so no discussions are had in bathrooms

11:19 MY THEORY STANDS STRONG!

Hurricane was actually the name of one of the Historical Figures of Ponyville (that being Commander Hurricane who was the leader of the pegasus trube and I think was the founder of the Wonderbolts in Equestria) so it makes sense for him being in Celestia and Luna's time in highschool, I wish they used the other names from Equestria's past in the book instead of those original names like.
They could've had Principal Platinum (Princess Platinum leader of the unicorn tribe from the past) instead of Principal Potts, and had Pansy (Commander Hurricane's subordinate) as one of the girls having a crush on him

Am I the only one who loves celestial and luna? They lowk divas

The reason "Galaxy" sounds like a generic pony name as you mentioned, is because it is. It's the name of a G1 pony. lol

When it comes to pony merch, I stick to things I'm either going to use, take with me, hang on the wall, or have next to me. I'd never buy a playset and never open it out of fear of devaluing it. Early on I bought some clear pony keychains. I got 2 pinkies and 2 dashies. So far I've worn out one dashie because it goes with me everywhere. One of the wings has a cut in it, and it's losing its color.

I honestly thought Luna was gonna be the one who stole the statue

Knowing that Human Celestia knew Human Windy Whistles is wild

It would be cool if human versions of some of the villains showed up. Characters I think would make sense are Discord, Tirek, Sombra, Chrysalis and the Flim Flam brothers. Maybe there could’ve been official art for characters from this book. Then the sisters wouldn’t need to describe the other characters as much.
