The bit where Leon finds the police station and has flashbacks is legit heartbreaking. Crazy to realize our main protagonists of this series are all in their 50s

You can see it on Leon face: he’s done. He’s tired of fighting.

you forgot to mention how grace's desk also changed that now she not only has a photo of her and her mom but, now she is the mom or big sister to emily and they have their own picture together and emily's eyes are now back to normal and no longer blind.

This might just be me, but I would have gave another win point for Grace breaking down crying whenever her mom died because that voice actor was putting in so much work and effort that it made you feel emotional a little bit

I love the fact that in the bad ending, Leon's death is not clean AT ALL, he dies just like all the regular zombies, just getting his head blasted open, it's so messy and violent. IDEK why I love it so much but it just does it for me.

My head canon:

The T-Virus while slowly killing Leon also enhanced his body.

That's why he was able to parry fricking cars and rockets.

And in the end Elpis cured only the bad side of the virus. Thus enhancing Leon even more for the final boss

Honestly the Hot Mic is a vibe it’s a great excuse to bounce off yourself

HES BACK! And i love the hot mic moments in this 😭
"FUUUUCK" was exactly my reaction when the monster (i forget the name) dropped down in the basement area when watching gameplay

Charii, I'm 100 percent serious when I say this

Please keep the hotmic on. I think it's actually a really unique thing to take advantage of with videos like this.

One thing that i want to bring attention is the moment leon remove his glove after his first section

For newcomers, players will say "he is infected", making some people wonder how and when he got infected

But for veterans, the reaction is the same, but also terrified at what would happen, we went from "he's infected" to " OH, CRAP, HE'S INFECTED"

It is interesting when you think about it like that, and builds another kind of dread, the fear of a fan-favorites dying [Yes, We know Ethan, but this is Leon we are talking about]

“We are so freaking back…” Bro knew exactly what he was doing that intro. Glad you’re still here though my man.

20:04 Grace has multiple nods to Ethan, while Leon has nods to the legacy cast. It happens throughout the game I noticed.

HE’S BACK!!!!!

When the world needed him most he returned!

The highlights of the game for me include, but are not limited to: Gideon bailing immediately after taking Leon's boot to the chin in a confined space like he KNEW he was out of his depth; Hunk running straight at Leon without a moment's hesitation, taking a bullet to the shoulder and then a two storey fall onto a metal floor and then waiting patiently for Leon to get back up for the 1v1 even though he totally, 100% could have just shot him while he was down (Hunk literally won the fight five seconds in and then LET Leon recover instead of taking the shot. Death(?) by hubris.); Leon showing genuine surprise and fear only once in the entire game, when confronted by a giant spider after a long and storied career of fighting horrors beyond reckoning (arachnophobia gets even the best of us); and Grace's stutter gradually lessening but never quite fully going away because a lifelong anxiety disorder isn't gonna be magically fixed by one traumatic day.

lets face it,leon is like james bond and john wicks love child,he carrys bonds blonde, daddy charming style with one liners and crazy events, but has john wicks gun and fast paced training and action scenes

So this was the first RE game I pre-ordered, and then after playing it three times back to back, I went to a con and got to meet Leon's voice actor, Nick Apostolides, who was so sweet!!! Literally one of the nicest people I've ever met.

THE KING HAS RETURNED IM SO HYPED
