Thanks for this. I've always been afraid to wear one since every comedy movie we've grown up watching has the villain's wig get blown off for a cheap humiliation laugh, but I got to try one on and I felt so happy.

The messy hair look is pretty cool!

I forgot that I was logged into this account and not my main, I guess I forgot to change back. So whenever I opened up the YouTube app and this was the first thing that I saw I kinda freaked out for a second until I remembered that I was alone and nobody was behind me looking at my phone. My feed on this account is just filled with light pink and blue, so I think that if one of my family members that I haven't told yet saw that, they'd definitely have some questions for me.

My male pattern baldness came way to early, like around 20 - a lot of it was stress from disphoria and I scratched/pulled a lot of my hair out. So I have a bunch of wigs, as well as cosplay ones for more day to day use look at ones that are marketed towards women on chemotherapy. Also don't forget you can double dip and wear hats with wigs. I tend to go kinda gothy mostly, so usually have black or red hair with bangs and a beanie or slouchie works well with with that style.

Good luck to everyone else with their wigs!!! Somehow my egg didn’t crack in the time that it took to grow out my hair so I guess I’m lucky there lol, but hope everyone else has awesome wig experiences <333

thank you for uploading this, ive been struggling figuring out where to start for finding a wig since its going to take a long time for my hair to grow to my desired length. your videos have been a huge help in starting the transition process

Me, an NB who hasn't had a haircut since 2019: Yeah, I don't know why I watch this other than supporting Lucy with some watch time.. :D

i cant wear wigs because of how my hair is right now but this is still a fun video, ill save it for whenever i plan on going bald

Roanyer has a large selection of wigs made for crossdressing but are super useful if you have a larger yknow skull like me. They are slightly more pricy at $30-35 USD but you get the bonus of Roanyer customer service.

I love this tutorial! Simple and easy!
I sometimes am a bit too harsh on wig quality (for cheap ones) as I am always anxious of people being able to see it's a wig. Yet I'm too tight on money to get good quality ones.
If you have a trained eye, then you always will tell if it's a wig or not (for the cheap ones that is)... but usually, cheap wigs sometimes have exposed caps (usually the backside) because of cost saving on synthetic hairs.

2 tips I want to add:
* Wig caps, even if you're bald (like me) will give extra support and rigidity, so the wig stays on better. So, most of the time it's better to have one regardless.

* If you're overly critical of wig qualities, but are too tight on budget, you can add beanies or reversed baseball/flat hats.

This way you can hide the quality of the wig, and still look good! I've had many times that people weren't even aware it was a wig because of this.
Other types of hats or beanies will also work, but I dress more masc usually. Plus, this gives an additional support to the wig.

Fuck yes!!! This is this kind of content I’ve needed for years!!! Thank you for existing!!!

It kinda looks like you're showing off your decapitated enemies in the thumbnail. Other than that, another great video, keep it up <3

You should try the lace ones , it’s just amazing, in my opinion wigs and especially with lace makes attractive.

i plan to grow my hair out to skip the wig phase when i transition in the future but this was a good watch :DD

and well it isn't common to see any wigs in tomboyish sidetails style (at least where i live) so growing it out is the route for me ToT

This came at the perfect time for me, i just started to experiment with wigs lol

If I were to get a new wig I'd get one of those more quality lace front wigs, but I think my natural hair will fill out by then with how much I'd need to save for one. I really regret having it all cut off instead of going to get it thinned and styled out, but here goes to round ✌

Your plushie collection is making me jealous TvT

Putting this video into watch later for later this week when the wig I ordered arrives. I'll post a pic of the results in the discord if it goes well. Fingers crossed 😅

i think your hair looks terrific.
