This is really stupid, but watching this video made me imagine some sort Fairyprincesslucy themed cartoon show where Shein is a recurring villain or something, lol.

As a Femboy I usually just go in store. Nobody ain't gonna question you, they might say something in they're head but they ain't going to say it out loud. Mmh yeah that's it. Love y'all! :33

Double commenting, but as a blind guy raising daughters, this is actually incredibly helpful. Rather descriptive... unlike online websites lol. And, if I ask for descriptions of what my friends' outfits look like, I can actually understand the termonology. Win win all around.

Me before watching: skirt go spin
Me after watching: SKIRT GO SPIN!

Also quick tip for searching is that usually if you put " -Shien " at the end of what you're searching it will show you less or none of it, this applies to anything search wise eg: " cheese -swiss " would make it so it wouldn't bring up anything with the word swiss in it.

I’ve come back to this video several times now. Normal trans ”culture” meme videos just feels so shallow to me but this video feels like a genuine and educational video. It markets itself on simplicity and I also like these types of simple, just talking asmr lol

I've been transitioning for over 2 years and I really needed this, thank you so much for the discussion on different types of clothes!!! ^_^

the beginning is sooo based. you have my respect for being open about it.
i am happy that i have a shop that sells all sorts of stuff for all sizes and types.
but if i hadn't - i would probably find this life saving! so thank you!

Blahaj is the most important thing to get first, having a friend on your journey is always nice 😁

Also useful thing about OBS:
If you want to record it all in "One take" but still want to cut parts out, you can set it up so you can pause and unpause the video, and it then sticks it all together afterwards.

As someone who is currently gender questioning, I 100% vibe with the bag of clothes in the closet haha. Until recently my femme clothes were all rolled up in Shein bags (whoops hehe), and hidden in the depths of an ottoman next to my bed. I've since migrated theses clothes to the bottom compartment of a chest of drawers, where they're folded and laid out neatly... Maybe my family will see but oh well, can't hide it forever. Funny how such small moves can feel so liberating though! Thanks for the video :)

As another Australian trans woman, going into summer is bloody daunting, but these tips were ace! Both me and my dad have always worn womens flared jeans (because they are just better in every way, plus a bit of good genes), so ive been good on that front. My bra tip was to steal the padding found within most sports bras, and stack then until i had convincing C-cups (plot twist: it worked), but I have always struggled on tops, it was either flannel, hoodie, or baggy band shirt, so this really helped! Plus the only shoes i have are flats, so the doc martins advice helped me understand their full potential. ❤

13:28 did- did you just dora the explorer me?!

you're doing the trans god's work here

I also love how this doubles as late night asmr like i actually love every single one of your videos they're just made with so much care

Excellent video! While it's somewhat on the basic side, it's still quite informative. I discovered that, at least in the USA, women's shoe sizes are 2.5 sizes smaller than men's. For example, I wear a size 10 in men's shoes, but I need a size 12 wide in women's shoes. A personal message to FairyPrincessLucy: I  love to listen to you, even if you were reading the phone book.

I thought it was a guide to go into stores and buy stuff without getting "those" looks, but this is an amazing option for people that don't have very controlling people in their lives that would check anything they purchase online

this is really helpful, as I've realized I have the fashion sense of an empty can of diet coke.

I was shopping in person, at a clothing store. Yes, it's really scary. Anyway, it gave me a great view of just how absolutely chaotic women's sizes can be. Two tops in size large can be so insanely different, you really have to see it to believe it. Men's clothing has a similar sort of problem, but not nearly to the same extreme.

I learned the hard way that if two sizes of an elastic skirt fit you, but one is a bit tight and one is perfect or slightly too big, you should get the smaller one because it will probably stretch out. Now I have a skirt that I need to use safety pins to wear without it falling off. I only have one other skirt and it isn't really my style.😭
