Such a VERY helpful video. Thank you! Napoleon should pay you becasue their instructions are not great. Video is always the way to go. Thank you!!!

Thank you mate. Just for the upper van, you need to align the flames with the front. So the closed position is at the right at 90 angle.

Many thanks for taking the time to do this video.  I bought the same model and your video made the assembly process much easier considering there were no words/tips in the instructions.  I did manage to strip out one of the holes on the lower leg trying to attach the tray.  It just wouldn't be right if I didn't screw something up.  I just drilled out the hole a bit and stuck a larger screw in there.  Next up is to season the grill and then proceed to your other videos to see what I can mess up there!  Thanks again!

Your video saved my sanity. I've been looking for the gasket. It was in the owners manual. Thank you!

You have been a huge lifesaver with your tutorial. The instructions that I got for this grill were a mess. You are awesome!

The best tutorial! We never could have done this without you!!

Thank you for your video. It was a great help for my assembly. All the best

Typically the tutorial I was looking for !!!! Thanks a million from France !

Thanks for making this video.  I recently bought the Napoleon Pro 22 on sale at Costco and this video came in handy when it came time to assemble.  I also checked out some of your bbq/smoking videos.  You got some good stuff, I plan to attempt to smoke on the Pro 22 next weekend.  Cheers from a fellow Canadian

THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO - Watching here from Canada👍🏿

Thank. you! You made my life a lot easier and a lot happier.

Great video, i really appreciate it. I have one just like yours on the way. This video is so helpful thank you so much. From Tennessee!

Great addition, happy grilling🔥👍

You never have enough grills😎

Thanks for your video
Live down the road from Napoleon BBQ store in Barrie
Excellent step by step
Wish you did 1 for ikea kitchen wife and myself installed at cottage 2 years ago
Almost through away white foam gasket for temp gauge. 😅

Greg! This thing is beautiful! I’m getting one!

Was a great help, thx!!

Thanks for the video!  Received this yesterday for Father's Day and will be assembling tonight.  I've had a Kamado Jr. for 4-ish years but if you cook more than 4 burgers, you're cooking in batches.  I was concerned about the stability of this as all the assembled units we've seen in store have been really (and I mean REALLY) wobbly.  It's probably because when the people assembling in store are doing this, they're not taking the time to tighten everything completely.  Great video!  I subscribed and I'll be looking for rotisserie videos from you!

Merci! Très bonne démonstration.

Best charcoal grill out there, the cast cook surface, the hinged lid. Solid unit. My roommate a few years back had one. I'm currently using a Webber with intentions on the Pro 22. Thanks for the heads up on the gasket. Great video.

I didn't think that I needed another grill... until I watched this video.  I'm local to you so I picked one up at the same Costco.
