I wish Destiny would talk to people like this more often

One of my favorite conversations from the recent guests, I’d love for them to connect again in the future. Stoked that this finally got its own video.

If under 10 minutes into a conversation Destiny decides to stop playing whatever game he's playing and focus on the convo, you know it's probably going to be a good one. Boghossian is amazing.

My old philosophy professor and my favorite political streamer having a conversation, weird world.

I came to like your content a lot because of your critical thinking skills. I have never liked debating for myself because I noticed that a lot of people like to pick a hill to die on, then use strawman arguments or just argue for the sake of. Thanks for the insight with this educational dive on the process, it gives me hope lol

This is by far my favourite type of Destiny content. Great conversation!

Yes! Glad to see Peter on your show. He finds ways to talk to people who would otherwise be unapproachable.

I’m going to send this to all the video essayists that say Destiny is just a clout hungry monster who likes to scream at people for shits and giggles.

31:24 "You can no longer convey a descriptive fact about something. You're also conveying your normative/moral feelings about it." SO TRUE!

Guy seems like a good touchstone guest. Come back every 6 to 12 months. Calibrate the thought process. Even discuss what has been trending for more content.

My advice is to never name yourself after a girl if you are of the male gender

It really shows how smart Destiny is. Destiny does so many of the things that this guy learned later in life. It was cool for Destiny not to constantly say "I already know that" even though he already knew like 95% of the things this guy told him.

1:27:00 I learned this lesson myself in my late 20s but unironically Sam hyde has some good advice that helped me even more, he basically says people like that aren't even worth a "breakup" just slowly ghost them out of your life with no effort, really helped me
