When my wife and I sincerely sought the truth, not being prideful but being humble and prayerful asked the Lord to lead us to his church we were led to Orthodoxy. The first time we attended a service we knew we were home. We have been catechumens for 4 months now. We are both in our 50s and have been Protestant. I will never step foot in a Protestant church again now that we have found the church Christ created. Welcome to Orthodoxy brother! Christ is Risen!

Former protestants, especially young men, are becoming catchuumems in my Church in Australia. It's growing here, too. Glory to God for his mercy!

I went to Divine Liturgy last Sunday and I was very intrigued.  Will be going again.

Prayed a lot about it, I feel lead there as well.

The road to Orthodoxy is a hard one brother. Especially in the lead up to your baptism.

"Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

Young brother, I was deep in Protestant theology and converted a few years back. Stay humble, orthodoxy is about becoming 1 with God, not fighting everyone or belittling others as some orthodox do online. Represent the faith in love and others will be led.

God bless you, my brother. I was fortunate enough to be born in the orthodox church, but left at an early age and spent over 40 years intentionally pursuing multiple protestant denominations. While going through a difficult time, I returned to the Orthodox Church about eight years ago and have never looked back. I am so grateful to God that he led me back to His church. I am now actively involved in my local parish and have seen amazing growth in our numbers recently, especially with young adults who I have a heart for. I have been able to share my journey with them and encourage them to keep the faith. I will be praying for you and those who watch your channel. Glory be to God!!

Welcome home brother- converted 25 years ago in Australia and my mother fasted from all food for 3 days before our baptism but by the time she died 7 years later she had softened and could see our children deeply following Christ .

I left Protestant church 9 years ago. It had become nothing more than a religious social club. I attended the first divine liturgy in October of '24, and I left shell shocked. The reverence and humility in the worship was mind blowing! I have encountered the presence of God more in the Orthodox Church than ever before. Glory to God!

I’m Catholic, and I praise God for this move. You may not be joining my church, but I’m so glad you are moving much, much closer to the truth than before.

So far I just watched the part where you covered my response to your conversion. I can confirm it's 100% accurate, and that I'm sorry for not having the common sense to not leak your conversion. I felt I had a duty to all my followers struggling with ecclesial anxiety about going to hell for not being Catholic or Orthodox whom I had pointed to you as a remedy to immediately know what was going on. I apologize that my sense of urgency clouded by common social awareness.

You say we're "upset" about your conversion and in a sense you are right. You are not the first person I've been annoyed with for converting to something. Anyone who has been in my discord server knows I incessantly bully those who take a strong stand for one denomination and then change. I believe that, for the sake of building up strong communities, people who have planted their feet in the ground on a certain position and in a certain religious community, (within the walls of Christianity) ought to stay there. The Gen Z chaos of zero denominational stability has had disastrous effects. I know people who have been driven insane popping between RC, EO, and OO multiple times.

I can't speak for the other Prot apologists that are annoyed at you, but I'm willing to let bygones be bygones

May you have the intercessions  of the Theotokos as you embark on this journey. I am a former Protestant convert to Orthodoxy. My experience is that a life devoted to Reformed Theology was a serious source of PRIDE for me. I was unaware of how much until I converted and experienced the spiritual warfare that comes with Orthodoxy, especially confession and submission to a spiritual father. Orthodox life will peel us like an onion and reveal pride. Roll up your sleeves and get ready for a struggle with yourself for humility and repentance. Lord have mercy on us all.
