I just wanna say, the thumbnail is not a spoiler, there's a reason why I blurred it AND did not show who's the blackened.

Complete Chapter 1 -> https://youtu.be/9FbM7gRBE0I?si=oRIr8V2R2sy2xjOn

I like how they include the other characters and not just Damon it’s super cool

The 2 charachters that would die in Chapter 5 in normal danganronpa but this is a fangame and it BLEW MY MIND HOLY DAMN WHAT A BANG TO START IT

7:32 ☠️

This part is goated, props to the creators!

The blackened figure having glasses has same vibe as Tsumugi's blackened figure who also wore glasses and their both Chapter 1 killers.

1:30 i know it’s Cassidy being her Goofy self, but i love to imagine her VA accidentally read over another character’s lines and the crew just improvised 😂

An interesting thing about the closing argument is that EVERYONE spoke, not just Damon. I think it's a nice  touch seeing as with Danganronpa, only the protagonist speaks; Makoto, Hajime, Shuichi.

It makes sense for eva to be the first blackened (the first sin and all of that) but i was NOT expecting wolfgang

7:33 a moment of silence for the deceased 😭😭😭

I love how most of them are included!! gives a slight chance for characterization and also helps with my problem with most dangans which is that the protag always, without fail, does rhe recap and most of the figuring out and nobody ever believes them at first!! (Granted, it makes sense that shuichi is good. Hes a detective. The rest have no excuse) it also just makes sense and feels much more realistic

Thr soundtrack for this fangan is so awesome. The song is called Case Closed, if anyone forgets

It can't be that my girl was the worst liar. T_T

Hyped troublemaker going out first? Count me in.

I really like how in this game all the characters get into the Closing Arguement, not just the protag. Gives them a chance to show some more personality and interactions

I love that the team creators mixed almost all the culprit strats from the entire original franchise into one
Edit: I'd like to add my points with the DR franchise spoilers:

Wrote two letters to the victim and the frame: Peko to Mahiru and Hiyoko but victim and framed time of entrance reversed
Vent use: Kaede with the shot put ball
Long-distant murder so they can have alibis: Kaede in the classroom and Gundham in the Strawberry House.
The preparation of the battery and the cord overnight: Kirumi with the piranha fish tank and the ropeway
The victim with the kitchen knife: Sayaka
Seen the victim one last time: Aoi and Sakura to Sayaka, and Celeste to Chihiro, Maki to Rantaro and Ryoma
Was knocked but still alive: Sakura (twice by Hiro and Jack)
The struggle between two students: Sayaka and Leon
Orchestrated explosion: Junko on Mukuro’s body
The planned blackout: Nagito with AC timer
Running away from the crime scene: Hiyoko and her footprints
Victim and culprit type: DRV3 Ch5 but Kaito is the victim and Kokichi is the culprit in Ch1

Let me know if there is anything else!

No lie, I predict all this but for Chapter 5

Eva was completely right, people were so horrible to her and im so sad for her :( she deserved better

When you expect to be surprised, the creators want you to get surprised in a different way. I thought Wolfgang would kill Eva, not the other way around.

Ts Was NOT chapter 1 material but boy did they do it oh so well.

I do love how Case Closed playing in the background is hitting high notes nightcore style.
