I love those scenes.
I especially love how they speak of the weaponry as if they're talking about a dinner party,  cracks me up every time.

The smile when John asks for "dessert" makes me so happy. Gives the impression that no one asks for or appreciates the fine art of knife forging anymore and he's just so happy to be serving a classic gentleman

The armorer's face says, "FINALLY! Nobody asks for dessert anymore, but here's someone who truly appreciates it."

You can tell the guy was so eager to suggest the Benelli M4. Like a Chef when you ask him for his best cut of beef.

Fun fact, the tailor is his actual real world tailor. He had him play the role in the movie.

its brings them such joy every time john walks in because, regardless of what he's up to, they are catering to a connoisseur who fully appreciates their wares, not just a killer

The armorer's speech pattern is impeccable

"Robust, Precise" His eyes say everything. A true artist.

As a man who has worked in luxury hospitality, this scene will always hold a special place in my heart.

Cool bit of trivia: the "actor" playing the tailor in this scene, Luca Mosca, designed the costumes for the first two John Wick movies, and is also Keanu Reeves' personal tailor.

"I need something robust, precise".

"Phasmed plasma rifle in the 40 watt range?".

I love how the Armorer speaks.  So pleasant and cordial, like a chef discussing how dinner will be prepared with the utmost care and finesse.  It makes me laugh every time i see it.  I really missed him in the fourth and 3rd movie.

The Cartographer needs more love. He provided invaluable intel and even the keys to the catacombs. No wonder he got paid the most.

Hell, the job would have been completed without a single shot being fired if Cassian didn’t recognize him.

"Textured grips should your hands get.... wet."

The writing and acting in this movie is so spot on.

if every gun store had a salesman that smooth and well versed, we be broke before we left.

As Soon as Sommelier heard John Say "Robust, Precise".
You can literally see his facial expression of him filtering out all of the guns to his knowledge as well as applying John Wick's level of Skill and Gun Handling.

That is some GREAT customer service.

The way he said "desert" back to john...oh I felt that, man could kiss him. But he's too professional for that.

One of my absolute favorite things about the John Wick movies is how polite everyone is to him. Like when he wasn’t actually carrying out assassinations, he was just a solid guy that made friends with just about everyone he met through the Table. You can tell the shopkeepers even treat him like one of their favorite customers.

A sommelier who's bored of the regular customers...then a connoisseur like John Wick walks in that challenges his depth of knowlege.  It's exciting for him.  Finally a customer that appreciates the finer things.  His look when John asked for dessert

Everyone talks about the tailor and the sommelier, but I feel the seamstress who shows John Wick in for his suit fitting deserves mention too. Just how she initially hobbles around while smoking a cigarette, as if showing a world-class assassin in for clothes shopping is nothing more than an annoying interruption to her workday, but when they start talking about tactical applications and want to show Wick the abilities of their cutting edge body armor she now has a steely glint in her eye of "Oh yeah, now THIS is what I'm here for!" as she fires round after round at the mannequin. Props to the actress for being able to so subtly convey characterization in such a short appearance.
