When he mistakenly said that steak to be 3k Euro, I'm about to close this video

People complaining in the comments, I would eat that steak every day that looks delicious

I love the way he doesn't trim the steak to death. Let me decide what I want to eat and what I don't.

Well. Mr Aden, I always enjoy your films.
No exception here. But I was struck by several things, many already commented upon. I was fascinated particularly by the cooking of this steak.
Rib steak or porterhouse, I expect labels differ by country, not all but some. Personally I grill steaks often but am by no means a savant. I was fascinated by the chefs cooking method  which seems counter to all I’ve read and practiced. The  length of grilling and the constant turning of the meat had me fascinated, truly. By the time it neared the end I was convinced it would be well done ish and possible tough. But I wasn’t there nor do I know the grill or the specific beef ( which I suspect was a cow not a steer- less marbling. I know cow have different properties for cooking. Not favoured because they produce less meat than steers) any way, as the steak was plated and cut, wow was I wrong. Despite being a thin cut it was really done  to my taste. And it cut without a struggle. I need to learn more.
By the way, that filet I fear was being tortured, but given how the porterhouse turned out I may have jumped to the wrong conclusion .
Live and learn I guess.

Maybe in Florence this is a normal steak, but in other countries it is certainly far from normal.

My Italian friend also seasons his steaks with salt only. I give him a hard time about it but it literally is the best steak ever. I guess we don’t need all this other stuff we Americans slather our steaks with.

If you wanted a really good steak, you had to go outside Florence's city center—to the surrounding areas where the steak is truly excellent. As a tourist, I tried places both in the center and outside the city, and there is no comparison: the food is better outside the city.

I would have made sure my hotel room was as close by as possible.  I would need to sleep that off...
