Ate at that exact location last summer. Could see that table we sat at in the video. FANTASTIC meal!

After watching YT videos about that restaurant, I finally got the chance to eat there last year. Amazing steak!

4am and I'm sat, watching this, wishing i was back in Florence!!!..

Best steak of my 72 year life just around the corner from this place. That Chianina beef is no joke my friends.

Nos amis Italiens. On ne peut que vous timer pour ce magnifique savoir faire. Bravo

Very few people in America have ever even heard of Chianina beef. One of the leanest and most muscular animals on the planet. I raised those in America growing up and they are some really impressive animals. Even a Chinina heifer can be close to 6 ft tall at the withers and weigh close to a ton.

i remember this guys on the video from 6 years ago!!

Sono stato in Natale 2024…Che cosa buona la bisteca!!!❤️

Quite possibly the best mea I’ve eaten in 75 years and scores of countries.Bucket list

what a badass work station. meat aging to thee right, a grill and a freaking rational combi oven and a huge surface to work on.. amazing

Sono l'unico Italiano fiorentino a vedere questo video.Siamo in estinzione.Neanche il macellaio è fiorentino però è bravissimo. Un abbraccio ragazzi

Yes.  It was in Florence 15 years ago that I had the best 'rare' tomahawk steak ever.  Changed my life.

Aussie here mate, bucket list..

My God that looks good! Thank you for letting us watch.

Some people are upset on how he cuts the steaks what works for him may not work for others.
And the restaurant looks like it has been around for quite some time. So obviously they're doing something right for you. People who shiver when he cuts instead of uses a saw, much respect to that butcher / chef, and definitely, would love to go to Florence to try that.
Excellent work my friend❤

Had one of those beasts in Florence last week. By far the best steak I've ever had.

He was not messing around when he said 4 fingers thick, lmao

Been there twice. Definitely worth the money! The waiter looked at me crazy when i ordered one florentine steak just for myself. Because they believe you need to share one piece.

I looked at him like don’t underestimate my love for steak.

Needless to say, at the end i gave him the T bone back lol

When my wife and I were dating LONG ago, I took her to a local steakhouse. She ordered a beef filet - medium. I ordered the extra cut prime rib - rare. AND it was RARE. Our food is brought out and I started cutting bites and talking in between them. I quickly realized she is starring at me eat this RARE prime rib. What...I ask? "How are you eating that was the reply". THIS steak looks great!!

Porterhouse looks amazing
