Today's Gospel takes us to the home of Martha and Mary, where Mary chooses to sit at the Lord's feet to listen to his word. In a world where we are often rushed and preoccupied with a thousand things, Jesus invites us to rediscover an attentive and receptive heart. Let us take a few moments today to listen to the Word of God, to allow Jesus' message to reach our lives, and to discern what truly deserves our attention. May this prayer of the day help us make room for silence, for listening, and for the presence of the Lord, so that we may walk with greater peace and confidence. 🙏🌹
