Who said people stop reading Seth?

@FrannyAskew2yousay 2 months ago

You raise a good point. The same thing occurred to Rob Butts in 1964. Here's how that conversation with Seth went - "I asked him why the material he was giving wasn’t common knowledge to most people. Seth replied: “How many people? Very few would take this amount of their camouflage time to deal with it. A peculiar set of abilities and interests is required for work like this to be even partially successful, or accepted by the personalities involved. For many it would be difficult to maintain discipline and balance, while allowing for the necessary freedoms that are involved. That is, this is a controlled experiment, with both of you allowing yourselves certain freedoms of control in some instances and not in others. This is no easy trick. Is that what you meant?” I told Seth that it could be—but that I also wondered why over the centuries the species couldn’t have slowly accumulated a body of knowledge like that he was giving us now. “It did. But that knowledge has been taken into various religions and doctrines that have grown up about it until it is almost unrecognizable. Bits of it appear here and there, scattered, distorted, and misleading. It comes naked, and everyone must put clothing on it. This means that it usually ends up as either nonsense or armoured dogma. (With a smile:)" So there you have it from the horse's mouth as it were. From the Unknown Reality for those interested.

I love Seth teachings, he opened my eyes in 20’s and has been a great guide throughout my life. Made me question life

First read Seth back in the early 80s, and powered through nearly all Seth books at the time. Spectacular information, unparalled anywhere else. Helped me immensely in my hypnosis practice and in life. Have often asked myseelf the same question about why people are so drawn to organized religion, which I find to be borders on emotional abuse, as opposed to the intelligence and enlightenment of the Seth Material. Great to see someone on YouTube going public with this material and promoting it.

Hello im from near Elmira in Bradford county pa
The counties librarian asked me if I knew what Seth speaks is about I said I did. she informed me she went to a luncheon with Jane Roberts. She said it was fascinating that it got so big they had to hold Seths readings in a conference room of a local car dealership people from all walks of life would show up.

I read all Seth Material I could get when I was 18 or 19 years old. Now I‘m 60. Time is so unimportant.

Having read all the Jane Robert’s -Seth books many decades ago . From personal experience with lending said books to others, and finding that the people concerned didn’t end up read ing the books, the main reason given was they found Robert Butts incessant commentary spread throughout a recorded Seth session too invasive, and interruptive, making the understanding of what Seth was recorded saying harder to understand than the information should be. It also caused a lot of sessions where Seth was talking to go “off topic” to the extent that that topic was never returned to, or resolved. Seth’s explanation of UFO’s is one example I could give.
