He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy.

Justin said “SIN SOMMELIER” ……… brilliant…just a stunningly brilliant undercover low-key comedian 🙌🙌

It's interesting how, if Sabbatai had been a bit more stubborn, there could have been a Kabbalistic "Christianity 2" formed in the 17thC, complete with a Pontius Pilate figure in the grand vizier and Nathan of Gaza as John the Baptist.  Except where Jesus was an obscure carpenter, Sabbatai had apparently half of the world's Jews behind him.  The what-ifs abound.

You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become a villain

Your sense of humor is insane I love it🤣🤣🤣

wow, if all of this wasn't weird enough, your fascinating account led me (as wikipedia surfing tends to do) to read about antinomian deluxe Jacob Frank and his daughter Eve, incarnation of the Shekinah and reincarnation of the Virgin Mary! (and the fact that the parents of US Supreme Court Judge Louis Brandeis were followers of hers). Truth is truly stranger than fiction lol.

Exuding a pleasant fragrance, especially floral, is a sign of being especially enlightened in the yogic / vedic tradition as well

@25 minutes in, I got a kick out of the notion that "fake news" existed way back in history too!

Shabbatai sounds like the Kanye west of kabbalah

Thank you so so much for making these available on youtube Dr. Sledge! I am learning a lot and really appreciate it, you are such a fantastic teacher and also hilarious.

Laughed during this one probably more than I should. Lots of love dr. Sledge!

This series has been absolutely fantastic.  I tried for a few days to not write a comment but it's been eating at me. After this episode especially.  I think that one of the greatest tragedies is that mainstream Christianity aspires and many times in secret that the Jewish people have lost their covenant with G"d and they are the chosen people.  This is how antisemitism starts.  And sadly people just blindly follow this replacement theology without ever reading the Bible.   It's a frightening heresy.   Thank you Dr Sledge for another great episode and all the hard work and time that you put into each.  Is there any way to get the slides via email? I use a computer for people with disabilities and well it's not very good and at age 55 I'm not tech savvy.  Thank you,  Shalom

Another great video. Esoterica is my favorite channel.

People haven't changed much, the conspiracy theories just spread faster.

Dude, I listen to your stuff over and over. And I and I just got a touch of lightening: You are the sledge off adjustment.

I once spoke with a Chabad member who had what I thought was an interesting view of the Messiah. He said that through Rabbi Schneerson, the duty of the Messiah was passed on to all Jews to accomplish the Messiah's task by observance and becoming a tzaddik. He cited Schneerson saying, ""I have done my part, from now on you do all that you can." I thought it was an interesting way to reconcile the Chabad idea that Schneerson was the Messiah (which he himself denied) with the reality of his death.

I really, really want the dragon who was guarding dude's tomb by the sea to be named "Puff".

"Sin sommelier" I had to hit pause button right there

You should visit Ulcinj where his followers still exist and hold him in some kind of quasi divine reverence .
