I have a 2024 Kawasaki Eliminator 500 SE and have put 1,100 km in three days, touring with a buddy. Great bike and no issues at all other than it doesn't have a proper fairing for wind protection. I love my Eliminator. No shortage of power and great on gas. I would strongly recommend it to anyone. It will give you wind & soul therapy.

I own an Eliminator 500 and I absolutely love it! Here in Brazil, it pushes out 51 bhp and 4.3 kgfm of torque as standard. I’ve upgraded it a fair bit with a full exhaust system, a performance air filter, Iridium spark plugs, a lightweight aluminium sprocket and chain kit, and a remap. It’s now pushing 60 bhp and 5.0 kgfm of torque, which has been proven on a dyno. Top speed is now at 212 km/h. 🤘

69 years old, 50+ years licensed for the street, and the Eliminator is my 44th motorcycle. I have always treated riding as if the other vehicles are actively trying to take me out, far fewer surprises that way. Somewhere north of 300k miles, never been a ride with a group guy. Cheers, thanks for a fun and interesting video, enjoy!

You are the first person to have mentioned the positioning of the pegs. This is what I have been struggling with too. I love Cruisers but put off by many due to the position of the pegs and knowing I would have to adjust to this is something I feel would overwhelm me. I thought this was just me making a thing of it, so thank you so much for highlighting this. Love your videos

I had also 900cc bikes and now i am so happy to drive my Eliminator 500 at the top of its performance.
I do 400km day trip and i really love her so much.

This video has absolutely sold me on getting this as my first bike, sat on one today and it was so comfy. I was originally looking at the CB500X but this Eliminator has definitely stolen my heart.

Purchased the Eliminator last October as a new rider and first bike at 59 years old.  Since then I've put  a couple thousand miles  on the bike.  As a new rider I don't have the experience with other bikes to compare it to, however  I 'm always looking at other bikes as possibilities.  But any time I see something desirable, I think what I would lose if I switched bikes.  Could get something bigger and more powerful, but then I would lose the light weight and super easy nature of the Eliminator.  I'm reveling in the light and maneuverable, yet comfortable, easy and chill vibes of this bike.  I don't think I want to lose that.   Plus, it goes fast enough for me, good on gas, cheap on insurance.    I think it's a keeper.  Great review!

This was a great video ! I was smiling with you the whole time . Thanks

at 63yo & bad left knee; I gave my son my heavy Harley & 2 months ago got the 2026 Eliminator love the low seat easy to back up, here in Texas sometimes you do have to go 80 mph to keep with traffic this bike has No problem with that just love it. I also have the 2023 RE hunter 350 got new but scared to ride it on some roads it won't go past 75-77.

I’ve ridden various bikes in the past ( even the Vulcan ) and the Eliminator is the one that surprised me. Yes, rides like a naked bike not short on power either

Ho preso la patente qualche mese fa, la A2, avevo una moto che scaldava troppo l’ho data indietro per prendere l’eliminator 500 e questa settimana me la dovrebbero consegnare. Grazie per il video non vedo l’ora di poter prendere la mia.

It is a great looking bike.Good review.

Great review! I would love to see a Vulcan S 650/Eliminator comparison.

P.S. A chopper is generally defined as a cruiser that has been heavily 'chopped' and modified.

Passed my A2 a few weeks ago age 61. Take delivery of a brand new Eliminator this weekend all being well, from Preston Motorcycles. Didn't go looking for it but it felt right when I got on it. Just my size and weight

I bought a 7 year old Harley Davidson Sportster 883 Iron last year, my first ever Harley

I'm a UK pensioner and in my 'born again years' have had numerous motorcycles including Royal Enfields and Triumphs.   The 'Eliminator' appealed to me because of the relaxed riding position ,so I took a test-ride on a demonstrator. I enjoyed the test ride and found the engine was very tractable so decided to purchase one for myself.   Initially my ownership was enjoyable BUT then I hit a snag that ruined my desire to keep the 'bike. I'd run-in the engine as advised but the problem arose when I was able to give twist-grip a bigger handfull.  The vibration from the engine at higher rpm was excruciating.   This anomaly was obviously a factor known to Kawasaki as I then realized why there we rubber mounted weights on the underside of the pilot's footrests.      The vibration was so extreme it ruined my riding experience (I only ride for pleasure in my local country lanes).  I curtailed my ownership with the 'bike.  I didn't even try the Vulcan as an alternative as the salesman had advised me that, owing to my compact stature the Vulcan would be problematic to get in and out of my 'bike-shed (the salesman said he even encountered issues when putting the 'bike away inside the dealership at the end of a day's trading).

Fantastic video! Loved seeing your enthusiasm for the bike

I love the look of these "hybrid" naked cruisers. I ride a Bandit 650 naked, but I need to try either the Eliminator or Rebel 500 at some point, seems to be fun little machines. Thank you for sharing.

Watched this with my partner who is just learning to ride... she's not really into cruisers but likes the fact that this looks more like a naked with a more naked bike riding position, just with a lower seat. She's only got short legs so this might actually be a good option as a first big bike (I think she'll get a Grom whilst she's learning) so she can get both feet down comfortably. She's on tiptoes on my SV and that's usually considered a low bike, so there aren't too many options, and lowering a bike means you have to buy it and lower it before you can ride it to see if you like it!
