I wish people could appreciate the house / property that they bought rather than demolishing it.  It's such a neat house.

To demolish this house should be a crime.

That circular room is called a conversational pit. Built back in the day before tablets  smartphones and multiple t.v.'s in the house.

The development company should not tear this house down. This is a shameful waste. So disappointing. They can renovate and keep everything the way it was in the 60's.

This is such a beautiful home. My favorite place you’ve explored by far. It always makes me so sad they are tearing them down. This family that built this definitely had money.

This is the most coolest retro house ever. One surprise after another. Love the cool round sitting room, beautiful massive staircase and hidden rooms. Very nice kitchen. The term used when I grew up was "Avocado" not "green". What  a gorgeous house. Thanks, Ethan. Also there was Harvest Gold.

This was definitely a custom built 1960s home Ethan. Very original and no doubt very much loved . I wonder why they had a secret room ?. Sad to see this one go . Thanks for another awesome explore .

What's up Ethan!  This house, OMG, I loved it!  The circular foyer, doors, the kitchen,  and gotta love that orange.  🧡  My parents had an avocado green bathroom too. The upstairs was fantastic. Classic 60’s gem! That is the coolest conversation pit I have ever seen. So glad you got to document this beauty.

Btw, the brick you pointed out is called glazed brick and was generally used as a decorative accent to dress up brick homes. Thy used it beautifully.
