Being in Haiti is completely different from planning for Haiti.

In this episode, I’m adjusting to the rough roads and everyday realities of being here while getting a better understanding of the land around me. I spend time exploring the area, watching coconut come straight from the tree, cutting fresh sugarcane, and seeing just how much is already growing around us.

I came here with a plan to build around coffee, but being on the ground is showing me that understanding the place, the people, and what the land already provides has to come first.
