The HOA reached out to us about a property that had become completely overwhelmed by overgrowth. The grass was out of control, the walkways were disappearing, and it was more than they could handle alone.

Mr Martin Sr, you have a big fan base 😊. That looks great Daniel and Martin. You guys are awesome. You never fall short.

The HOA gave a very generous tip/donation to M&D so they can continue to do their great work for communities. Thanks guys! The neighbors really appreciate your help with this eyesore!

I also can't help feeling this HOA took advantage of your kindness and joy of making lawns/neighborhoods better places. HOAs bave money for property maintenance. Shame on them for taking advantage of 2 beautiful, giving, generous, skilled people for their own ends.
What would they have done if you weren't there? They would hire/PAY someone.
That being said you did an absolutely stunning job with this property...crisp edges, beautiful grass, fantastic camera views. You guys are the absolute best!! BRAVO!❤❤

I really enjoy hearing Martin speak. Wish to hear more from him. I also enjoyed watching the lawn being mowed down. So satisfying ❤❤❤

The HOA should have paid y'all.

I am glad you had the opportunity to work in a safer neighbourhood, safer from crazy traffic and questionable people.

Papa Martin, he has skills with that weed whacker, he knows exactly what he’s doing.
Another immaculate job.

I always smile when Dad speaks to the camera

I estimated 15 bags. This was the best quality of long grass I have ever seen. There was almost no weeds or other stuff in it. Another nice clean up there dear friends.

At 23 minutes in it was good to see your dad in the shadows of the tree. Him taking care not to get to hot. You both are awesome and you guys knock this one out of the ball park. Awesome job 👏

I just adore Martin, when he says something it makes it that much better 😊 to teach your children the meaningful things in life is a wonderful Gift for others to teach their children. We don't have this kind of kindness anymore, thank you Guys for all you do for others, may God Bless You keep you strong and healthy 🙏🙌

Hi Daddy, nice to see that you are not shy anymore....be free to be yourself...we are a community. Nice job guys.

Great job! The HOA for that neighborhood should pay you something.

Hi Daniel and Martin. That grass looks like it hasn't been cut in a very long time. Come on hoa pay them what you would pay a grass cutting company. Take care of yourselves and stay hydrated. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Wow that grass was so tall it covered half the mower! Very satisfying to watch. Loved Martin saying he’s ready at beginning!
