Why Would This Company Stop Taking Care of This Property?

A year ago, I found this overgrown property and it was clear that no one was living there. I spoke with the neighbors and told them about my channel and my goal of cleaning up overgrown properties and giving them a fresh start. Their own lawn was beautifully maintained, so they were especially happy to hear that someone was finally going to take care of this property.
They also knew the previous owners and told me that they used to take great care of the lawn before they passed away. Unfortunately, the property eventually became vacant and the lawn was left to grow.
When I came back later that week, something had changed. The lawn had been cut, and there were signs in the windows indicating that a company had taken over the property. For the next several months, it seemed like the property was finally being maintained.
But recently, I noticed the overgrowth had returned.
For some reason, the company stopped mowing the lawn, and once again this property was becoming an eyesore. Since it sits along a busy main road, thousands of people drive past it and see it every day. Getting it cleaned up isn't just about helping the neighbors — it's about making this part of the community look better for everyone.
Because this property is on such a busy road, I can't safely park my trailer out front. So I had to come up with a different plan. I'll start by using the weed eater and edger to clean up the grass growing on the driveway. Then I'll leave, grab my trailer and mower, and come back to tackle the rest of this overgrown property.
My goal is simple: take this lawn from completely out of control and get it looking good again. Let's get to work!
