Thank you again for having me on the channel and spending the time at SOC. Loving everything about being part of the Saab community!

Just watching this days later, and Nik makes Saabists proud. And that he won it twice in this 9-5, beating out other cars, is astounding.🇸🇪

Those who recognize a Saab in the time it takes to pass have enough interest in cars to not report a cannonballer

Over 90 mph average on public roads with ridiculous speed limits...incredible! Awesome job, guys!

I bought a new 9-5 Aero off the showroom floor back in 2001 (black with 2-piece BBS rims). Damn, I miss that car. If Saab returned tomorrow, I would be the first in line to buy. Congrats, Nik, on the Cannonball win - that's HUGE! And thanks for keeping Saab alive and on the road! 🩷🩷

For the rest of the world, about 9012 km driven and avg speed of  approx 145 km/t

such an entertaining story, one of the things i love about being a saab owner is the owners themselves, every single one i’ve met take time out of their day to talk about saabs, always a pleasure, though i am from the uk but it’s the same over here too

The most incredible thing about this car is that it still has its fucking wheel arches. God i love the 9-5, but it rots away if you look at it funny.

This was the best SAABinar at SOC.  I really loved seeing this car and hearing Nik's stories!

I had a 2001 silver 9-5…. Loved it! A silver four door sedan is virtually invisible as well.

One of the 9-5's great quality's is the way it cossets the driver, reducing fatigue; which would be of huge benefit in a such a run.

Thanks to both you and Nik. As a daily driver of a 25-year old 9-5 aero I was so hyped about the first record run when it happened. Really pleasant surprise to see this clip.

The car that thinks it's a jet

I had no idea a saabhad broken the record and is the current champ! What a perfect car to use for such an event. I would love to do this with my 2011 95 one day! Another very inconspicuous car.

You have to be REALLY motivated to pull this off. I like the fact that it's debadged. Mine is because things started falling off and just decided to remove everthing

Thanks,  Jacob for this interview! 👍🏼🙏 What a great Saab connection! 👏

Cannonballing this car with Nik and Wes was so much fun and made me a believer in how impressive Saabs are and how comprehensive his build of this one. I've Cannonballed a lot of cars and this one is the most prepared car I've ever had the pleasure of running. I've run everything from Saabs to firetrucks with Nik and would race a Uhaul with him anyday!

Just saw this car today at Cars & Coffe at Throttlestop in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, just 5 minutes away from Road America

Amazing and incredible achievement! Congratulations to Nik and his Team. Thank you for taking us all along on your journey to SOC42 and for your insight and leadership in preserving the SAAB legend. Inspired and appreciative.

looks like a beamer from the back with those taillights and circle logo as long as its blocked off. clean and super nice under the radar car
