Nice lap in a great car. Credit to the owner for making the trip from Ireland to Germany in his trusty SAAB to make this happen! The SAAB community will be happy 🥳

SAAB MENTIONED! Now you have to do a lap with the V6, and the V6 xwd please!!!

A Saab! Finally! Let’s go. It would be a dream to take any of mine on the ring someday. Sadly an ocean separates me from that being a possibility:(

Born To Be Different.. Born From Jets..

Man I miss Saab 😢

As the owner of a $750, 200,000 mile 9-3 Aero, this made me very happy. They were so over-built and well engineered.

Many years ago I drove a 9000 AERO chipped to 300 HP in powder snow i Sweden, still one of my best driving experiences to this day..

For a Swede, watching the SAAB overtake the two Porsches is a bit like reminiscing about Charles XII in Narva. "Vilar på minnen från fornstora dar..."

Finally, a familiar dashboard on the channel

I have been waiting for some saab, thanks Misha!

Thanks for the lap Misha, it truly was a gift. If you listen carefully at 13:00 mark that pop sound is actually the exhaust gasket giving up. The car limped home to Ireland at 60kph 😂.

Still, not bad for a shitbox ❤

PS. The GM plastic sounds in the car will be sorted soon. It hurts my ears also.

Finally a Saab with passive rear wheel steering (Saab Re-axs!)

My brother was the best Saab seller in Sweden working in Gothenburg in the early 90's. He was driving me on narrow roads going really fast. I checked and he was up to 240km/h on those narrow asphalt roads along the coast. Car felt stable. I was young and thought this was normal and that all cars can handle 240km/h that good.

Thank you Misha for finally having a Saab fast lap and showing that they are a proper European sport sedan.
Great lap! :_NBR::_VLN:🎉

The 0-100 in these car is alright, but the 100-200+ is aeronautically fast ! SAAB made such special cars, great video !

@realcanecorso 9 months ago

The rain makes it clear that 95% of wannabe racing drivers are only fast in a straight line when they have power under the bonnet. 🤣🤣

I'm 18 years old and recently i bought my first car. A 2004 saab 9-3 aero 2.0t. It's basically same to the one in the video. Even the seats are the same. It really brings me joy to see an aero being driven to its limits and being cared for. I hope one day i'll be able to drive to Nurburgring and do the same.❤
