As for the Dwemer enemies: barring some miracle, they won't be deviating from the Skyrim ones much in the NN. We've got some ideas for new ones but those will be made for later releases. Once we make them, they'll almost certainly be backfilled into the leveled lists of the NN dungeons as well. Until then, you'll just have to endure the more Skyrim-based ones for now.
