I’ve been waiting for a Lupin focused video for a while! As someone who’s been trying to collect Lupin home media for almost 3 years it’s been pretty hard because Discotek and gets pricey. Your past videos actually made me aware of a lot of Lupin home media.

Some of these are under different licensors so them being OOP are the most likely reason why.

Toho:
-Strange Psychokinetic Strategy
-Legend of the Gold of Babylon (as seen by their logo in the back)
-The Fuma Conspiracy

NTV aka Nippon Television Network (confirmed by Brady Hartel at the Blu-ray Forum)
-Farewell to Nostradamus
-Dead or Alive

TBS aka Tokyo Broadcasting System (not OOP yet but still counts for this list)
-2014 live-action movie (as seen by their logo in the back)

Everything else is directly from TMS, including the stuff Gkids & Sentai has and also the Jigen Daisuke movie that's on Amazon Prime.

EDIT:

Looking up that Zenigata live-action, I believe that one is NTV since the production committee lists them, WOWOW (another TV network) & Hulu with no TMS involvement at all.

Marzgurl did the subtitles on one of these

An update to this video for anyone wondering as of October of 2026 is that now we also have the specials collection 2 with specials 6 through 10 in English and Japanese audio released by Discotek, Zenigata and the 2 Lupins with English and Japanese audio released by discotek, and Immortal Bloodlines with English and Japanese audio released by GKids

Wow! I am shock with the amount. I literally thought it would be like 15 top. Well I learned something new today. Great video, wonderful content, thank you!

Could you do a every Scooby Doo DVD/Blu-Ray video?

Nice collection.
That's a lot of Blu-ray release to keep track of, if you want (almost) everything.

Dang, that's way more than I knew about. UK/EU is so much more limited, but I am glad we have Parts 4, 5 and 6 on blu-ray at least

Thanks man! This is an awesome guide! I enjoyed watching the series on Adult Swim many years ago, and I recently got the first series blu-ray. I have most of the Pioneer DVD releases but I'm missing tons of stuff.

My God, there's too much. I'll never be able to catch up

Lots of useful information. I watch most anime in Japanese, but I've always preferred Lupin in English, so it's good to know which releases have dubs.

I love that Discotek (plus Sentai & Funimation) have released so much Lupin III content! (I’ve been collecting the releases for about 10 years now and we nearly have every Lupin release in physical format!) Hoping they manage to get the rights to release the live action Zenigata & Jigen series

Still desperately waiting for them to release Part 2 on Bluray.

with just getting Princess of the breeze and vs Cats Eye i still need over 10 blu rays which upsets me since a lot are now considered OOP which is BS would like to get the North American release of Immortal Bloodline but it does not have the special Zenigata vs the 2 Lupins.

The only thing from this show I  seen is the one that aired on adult swim.

Man I haven't seen a IP license distribution this crazy since Pokemon 😂

Would you ever consider a FMA physical media history video?

Will you do a video like this for sword art online a viewing guide?

Ahh the Lupin library......with open bar
hope people got the joke lol
