Thanks for another great video...lovin this in the middle of winter from Canada.  I just love how Tyro runs to the log and waits when Josh says "fillet the trout", he's such an awesome dog. One suggestion from a geek that I am, please tie off the seadoo or boat when you launch...if the thing didn't start, at least you can retrieve it with ease...just a safety thing.  And thank you for wearing the PFD's.  Be safe out there guys. Try Coral trout and prawns in a garlic white wine cream sauce with avocado and spinach

Cook trout and prawns with as much garlic as you want , when half cooked add 1/4 cup white wine, cup of cream,wait till it thickens then add avocado and spinach, season then make pies or just eat it as it is
