Just when you think Laurent can't get any better...he does.

This is what the people wanted 💯

“Dis Nigga getting disrespectful I like it”🤣

One thing that Beyond The Moves (aka Nickel Yudat) understands is how to make events that appeal to a BROADER audience.

-new concept
-more rounds (more material, more content)
-good DJ
-more creative freedom, adding choreography pieces to switch up presentation formats
-Q&A's with dancers
-more of a community 'exchange'/party vibe than strictly a 'competition'

Seems like the way to grow an event is make it a more well-rounded EXPERIENCE...rather than a super niche, super competitive event that only the purists will 'get'

It's almost like Laurent dances as if he were by himself

I feel like if you just watch dance by yourself, it takes a few years to really understand what you're seeing and appreciate the skill level. But if you watch your shit, it can speed up that understanding. Doesn't take as long to understand WHAT you're seeing and WHY its skillful/at a high level

Next Junior vs Spider.
This exchange was so good. Spider was crazy here. Spider couldn’t do something here to match energy level to Laurent

After the third round of Laurent obliterating the dance floor, Spider had to accept was like, "at this point I ma have to accept that this is not a fair match. I'm being cooked like a pot of beans right in front of the world"...

I definitely felt what you’re saying in the video.

I also feel like
Laurent takes more risks in battles. He takes more risks than Larry for sure. He takes more risks in battles than a lot of dancers I seen

This event was literally made for dancers like Laurent.

10:05 I knew it was over when the beat came on because I seen Larry dance to this multiple times

Lau being a savage and I am here for it. Much love to Spider too. I just felt Laurent flowed with the music better. Especially within his movements and displayed a wide range within his rounds . Lau also seemed patient and embodying the music more like he became one with it. But much love to spider though.

yoo 10:53 gets me every time bro im in tears best commentator/reaction 💯🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This event is def made for lau. The lack of time limit allows him to really show his range and tap in.

I appreciate spider's patience and build up but I feel like once he's tapped in going beast mode he loses energy and momentum.

Shout out to Waydi’s jacket

Broke it down perfectly 🤞🏻

Nikel Yudat started BTM to show the world that dancers could do more. But sometimes I feel he lowkey also wanted to expose set-based, power-moves only and uncreative ninjas with BTM. Way to go!!!

Your reaction at 11:10 has me dead😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Laurent burnt down that floor in the third round...

Bro havent even seen the reaction but that intro 😂

Let's gooooo, was just outside locked in the Lab 🧪

Time to go watch some study material 🤓
