I came across your information via a Leica link a little while ago. I find your work quite interesting and wish you a long and successful career ahead . I don't ever plan to retire, but, I did graduate from Ryerson in Toronto in 1971, so no longer in need of income generating photography!
I recently traded my SL2 for a SL3-P. Nothing wrong with the SL2, but with the SL3-P I felt that I was getting a similar and up to date body. The 44 mpx sensor size is plenty for me, my largest printer is a 24 inch Epson 6000 so no need for any more pixels.
I setup my SL3-P somewhat differently from yours. I think that what your video, and videos by other legitimate Leica experts, such as Nick Rains in Australia, show that it is possible to setup your camera as efficiently as you need it to be, there is really no wrong way to do so, as long as it works for you..
One thing that I added to my cameras , both SL and M, are small silicone bumpers on some buttons: front button on my M-P(240), the FN button on the SL2, and on the two front button on the SL2 and  SL3-P,  I just find that it is just that much easier to find the buttons.  They do fall off eventually, but are easy enough to replace.
I am not sure what function can or should be made available to the top left dial, so far I find no use for it (I have the ISO function on one of the two top buttons, Toggle focus point on the other). Perhaps Leica might make more functions options available for the left dial.
I have written to Leica Customer Care  in Wetzlar suggesting that they could make the Sensor Cleaning option available on one of the back screen tiles; maybe that could be made available on left dial.
I format my cards in camera, and I have assigned one of the rear screen tiles to Format Storage, simpler than having to go through the Menus each time.
I do not do videos, so I have not setup my camera for any of the video functions.

Hi , I’m really curious if sl3 autofocus with firmware 4.2 how much slower is it compared to SL3p

Question in video when you try to setup  custom frame line i.e. 16:9 and 9:16 whey doesn't the frame line color you choose cover the whole screen area. Seems to be only a section of the back screen that it covers. Wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

I recently got a SL3-P to use as a hybrid camera. I really wish Leica had set up their profile system differently. On the SL system, you cannot have photo profiles that are ONLY available when in photo mode and video profiles that are ONLY available in video mode. When you switch to video mode, for instance, from photo mode, your user profile from photo mode is still active. You then have to go into User Profiles and tab over to your video specific user profile to really be in video mode (therefore, two very specific movements rather than just one. This baffles me and I don't see the rationale the Leica engineers had in making this decision. It would be so much better if your user profiles when set up in Video Mode would be accessible only in video and the user profiles set up in Photo Mode were accessible only in photo. Gajan, is this correct or am I missing something?

Hey Gajan, Thanks for this thorough review and some great ideas.
Did you know you can set focus peaking to only come on with MF? That is in the peaking settings under each capture assistant profile.
I like all my dials to be clockwise. That way they all turn same way to lighten or darken my scene.
