1998 was such a great year to be a kid.

Now I know what made me fall in love with Resident Evil that other games did not have: kindness.

Man, I loved growing up in the late 90's to early 00's. Kids these days just don't and never will understand how great we had it. 😢

Did you guys know that the car/truck accident happens right outside the back wall of the RPD? That wall outside and across the gun shop and the wall in the alley is actually the perimeter wall of the RPD!

it was iconic.
to the point where, when I was given my first Playstation, I had talked the first RE up that my parents bought RE2 sight unseen as the first game they bought with the console.

Part of my childhood, this game. Thank you.

Can’t believe I haven’t played it since the 90s. It’s so good. I’m shocked at how well it holds up. It’s such a brilliant game.

Really digging your videos my dude. They are definitely informative and humorous at the same time. Keep up the good work!!

I logged soooo many hours on PS1 playing every possible scenario. This was the time before everyone had internet. So if you got stuck, you had to buy a gane guide or hope Playstation magazine wrote an article about it soon 😂

I have been looking forward to this since the video on the first Resident Evil!

They went with Pepsi because they were worried coke would sue, similar to why the vending machine in the rpd is different in later releases.

Ben is rocking the iconic rat tail.
