Blazed Rican Reacts

Fargo was not what I expected!
This crime story starts off strange, quiet, and darkly funny, then slowly turns into something way more tense and tragic than I saw coming. In this reaction, I’m watching Fargo and trying to piece together the characters, the choices, and why this movie feels so simple on the surface but so sharp underneath.

Movie: Fargo (1996)

"What kind of dirty talk is this?" That's just one of your comments that literally made me laugh out loud. By the way, that wasn't a field the guy was running across, it was a lake. Some reactors worry that he'll fall through the ice, but people up north park cars on frozen lakes. I lived and worked in Fargo for two years and winters there are rough, especially when the winds kick up.
Count me as a new subscriber. #42. Glad to be catching you on the early part of your journey, brother. Things can be a bit slow in the beginning of the reacting game, but keep plugging away and the momentum will build. You got the goods and people will recognize that.

youve watched the series already so you knew that nobody in this movie would get the rest of that money, because the shopping mall king finds it in season 1 of the series

Yes, believe it or not, even the in "old" days of the 1980s, they used fingerprints. 😂 I think law enforcement has been using fingerprints for 100+ years.
Good reaction. Glad you liked this film.
Not sure which Coen brothers' films you might have seen. One of my favorites is "No Country for Old Men." It's a crime/thriller and very well written. Another I suggest is "O Brother Where Art Thou," a comedy set during the Great Depression (1930s)) in the deep south. Anyway, there are a lot of Coen brothers' films to check out if you decide to go down that rabbit hole.

Great reaction. The writer/directors of this film made The Big Lebowski (1998) after this. I think it would be really cool to see you react to this. That one is also a crime comedy but leans a little more towards comedy where this one leaned a little more towards crime/drama. Would also be cool to see you react to Knives Out (2019) and The Shawshank Redemption (1994). Cheers.
