Actually most of the songs are about existing, her fights, being a artist and its struggle - more than relationships

On WHAT IS IT LIKE, TO BE LIKED? , the lyric about people seeing her as a cheaper copy, is because when she was debuting with her singles for her mixtape, people saw her as a cheaper copy of Ayesha Erotica, as they both had very similar music and she had worked with her too.

While some songs are about relationships not all of it was tied to it. Her and her bf didn’t break up not until the album got released. She tweeted about how she found out her bf cheated on her a few weeks before the album released. When talking about the album she said she was frustrated with the lack of success her music had gotten and that she was ready to end her music career. She made this album thinking it was the last project she would ever make and wanted it make just how she wanted it and not trying to cater it to the bigger audience. But I do appreciate your interpretation that’s the wonders of art!

I think one of the interesting things about the picture she’s painting is I’m learning how much a gas station is a focal point of a lot of small Midwestern towns. She mentions “gas station” throughout this album and I can picture it. I know the gas station now. I see it.

I haven’t ever thought to interrupt Old Technology. But your explanation works and it’s definitely true for me currently so I am down to go with it!

I think you have the best sound of any reactor on YouTube, Mike and music. I can hear you , I can hear the music, and I can hear you clearly over the music. It’s perfection! Thank you. It’s so enjoyable when you have both.
