Great video mate ! I've lived in Thailand for over 15+ years and Phnom Penh is my next destination. Will give this gym a try

I've seen old pictures of Bokato from 10 years ago that looked more like wrestling. But for now, change to use the word Khun Khmer, which has rules. The movements are exactly the same as Muay Thai.

Try bokator the mother of kun khmer and mauy thai

Alright Gaz. Do you miss training BJJ or has your focus on MT filled the same gap for you? I trained MT as a kid, train BJJ now but often day dream about doing exactly what you’re doing!

Greta video! Was this video stitched with another older video by chance before? Because I remember watching you and your girlfriend attend a Kun Khmer match before with the exact same match and meeting the Khmer family.

Try searching for information going back 50-100 years. Has there been a Kunkhmer or has it just been established?

Your kicking technique got better, but need to get better the way you throw hands, you forward your head before you throw the right hand
I have to say, I am bit disappointed, you said on the last video that you will try to stop drinking and now you drink and party.
