Hey this is the owner of Purrito Soaps!! We are kind of still in business but changing some things around! I’m so glad you guys found the package!!! This is super exciting to us!! We’ve been following you all for so long and love Snake Discovery!!

Hi! This is Tracy from Houston, I am so excited to see all the things I sent to the Roberts finally opened!! I am so glad that Emily liked the jewelry I made for her, the bracelets and earrings were definitely for Emily. I hope Ed likes the Bug bitten tea, it’s one of my favorite teas. And the mug of course was a no brainer. I also sent the hognose cookie cutter, and the acrylic desk name plaques, Ed’s plaque is an actual pic of one of his own green-tree snakes, and the lettering is his favorite color orange. Emily’s plaque has a pic of Cheyenne and the lettering is her favorite color blue. I am so happy that they are finally getting to use these items, because I really thought all my gifts to them had been lost. And I would never stop watching Snake Discovery, even if they never opened them.

The people from all those years ago finally seeing their fan mail

I love that y'all didn't just "hide" the oopsie. So cute and genuine

Hey, Ed!
The person who sent you the etched glasses at 12:30 was IV EMBELLISHMENTS, not 'Establishments'.  lol
Just wanted to note this, might be worth throwing a text note on the video so people can actually find him if they want to! :)

I think I've waited 3yrs+ to know if my package ever reached yall lol. its lost to the void, I hope the void enjoyed lol. Glad you guys found all those lost packages!

Ed:”She lost an ear, she lost a leg. How long until she loses all her other limbs too?”
Emily:”Soon she won’t have anything left!”

In reference to the vampire turtle " This is the shell of a killer Bella" 😆😆

Lost Mail is just mail you didn't need at the moment and would arrive when you need it:)

My son loves your videos. He is making dragon plushies based off of Wings of Fire series and wants to know your favorite character or tribe so that he can make you a dragon. He really wants to know. Thanks so much for all you do.

Oops indeed .Had to laugh at Ed`s Nightmare on Elm Street. lol

I think it would be cool to get a hardback book made of all the fan artwork of Cheyenne to keep in her room so she has them forever

I love how you both didn't hide the fact that you misplaced the mail and told everyone what happened and apologize to everyone . And Emily, you are like a little kid on Christmas opening  all the stuff.😊

Oh yay they got there! Never sure how the mail from Australia goes 😅

9:48 Snake Discovery just casually dropping subtle jokes for us adults 🤣

I laughed ridiculously hard when Emily said  Ed has more practice with his right hand

I was soooo worried it got lost! I'm estactic you guys got it! I hope you enjoy the picture of Cheyenne!

Congratulations to Haley for making manager!!

Oh! The Raccoons Christmas episode. The Raccoons was a Canadian cartoon series from the mid 80's. It still has a kind of cult following.

1 year ago you guys inspired me to get a snake happy birthday Optimus the hognose snek
