Cut your project pieces as directed in the pattern and make your strap any length you'd like, but here are the measurements I used for mine.

Strap: Main Cork Color: 50" x 2 (1)
Strap: Accent Cork Color: 50" x .75 (a)
Strap Anchors: 1.5" x width of D-Ring you use

I appreciate how you show gluing the whole side and talk about the situations you face and how you address them (as well as all the other steps). I know it makes for a shorter video to say, "glue and clip", show one or two clips, and move on to the next step. But, that doesn't help anyone who is new at this process. Experienced folks can just fast forward.

I love the bobby pin idea - how you don’t have to completely remove them as you sew the first side. This is why I watch videos! There are always tips and tricks I’ve not seen. Thank-you!
