Born in Medicina in 1962, Bruno Barbieri began cooking at a young age and quickly realized that this was what he wanted to do in life: cook, become a chef. He began working as a chef in 1979 on the Oceanic cruise ship, and from there, traveling the world, he worked in numerous restaurants alongside great chefs, always discovering new flavors and ingredients.
Over the course of his career, he has received great satisfaction and recognition, including the most important award for those working in this sector: a Michelin star. Thanks to his talent, commitment, and meticulousness, Bruno has earned seven Michelin stars in 40 years, remaining at the top of the list of Italy's most starred chefs for a long time.
In addition to being one of the most famous Italian chefs in the world, he has recently dedicated himself to television. Seven seasons of MasterChef Italia, two of Junior MasterChef, one of Celebrity MasterChef, and six of 4 Hotels have brought him great fame and the opportunity to become known to the general public in other roles.

Ho ascoltato l' intervista a Muschio prima di sentir questa. Non c è paragone, stesso ospite e concept potremmo dire ma lo Chef qui da te ha avuto tanto spazio per sbrigliare e snocciolare i discorsi e palesemente lui sembra sentirsi più a suo agio ed intimità per cui è parso tutto molto autentico e piacevole.
