A little tip...turn your camera around to show what's in front of you, you do not need to be talking to the camera, we want to see the apartment!...great video, thank you!!!!

I like your apartment,  its very pretty.  We lived in Rosarito for 20 yrs  and we and we have planning to move back loved living in Mexico.   Take care 🎉

Nice place! I hope you're happy there!

Everything getting really expensive these days

Nice apartment

Best Tacos EL FRANCES!!

Great job Mike!  I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos!

Your apartment looks new or newly remodeled. After a couple of years, most apartments in Playas show signs of rust and mold because of the salty sea air. Microwaves don't work long, as well as DVD players. I used to wipe down my metal appliances with WD-40 to hold back the rust. For the moisture in the closet, I bought buckets of moisture absorbing crystals. You have to change them about 3x a year as the bucket fills up with water. Keep an eye your metal stuff and let me know if I was right.

😂😂😂 nice

Mucha buena suerte to you !! Seems like you would be awesome to hang out with , like get a coffee type thing , very knowledgeable ,again blessings for your future 💪🏽

Great tour Mike!  Are you noticing longer wait times to cross the border going to California?  BTW, you look great!

That apartment size would work great for me too (very nice & modern & with a gated location).  I guess it's a plus to not have a car close to salt water to get rust damage. Do you take Uber everywhere or do you  walk for groceries, etc?

How far away is the beach from you

Nice apartment how much per month?

Any tips on finding a good apartment on Facebook marketplace? Kinda hard to find ones that don’t seem like scams. 😅

Do you work in San Diego and commute? I'm curious bc I live in North San Diego County, and I am interested in moving to possibly movin to TJ area. Salud!
