One of the 2 greatest British comic geniuses, the other being Leonard Rossiter!

Fair play to Nicholas Lyndhurst. He was a bit of a dope in this show, but he went on to get GCE's in maths and art.

This is an absolute classic show they dont make  comedies like this anymore. The British made some brilliant comedies 👍

Fletch is more of a revolutionary than a criminal.

RIP Patricia Brake. Only this year

Brilliant dialogue. The scripts are just as good as 'Porridge', yet it's often undervalued.

People say this wasn’t as well received as Porridge but I think the prime reason they never made any more was due to Beckinsale's death!

Truly a great character actor. Whether he’s Fletch or Arkwright or the customer in “Fork Handles” he just IS that character.

Old school don't make them like that anymore

The character work by Ronnie is flawless. A classic if short lived follow up to one of the best ever written.

Patricia passed this year. Where have the years gone?

present moment that goes by you so quick you hardly catch it going?”― Tennessee Williams..

Three great British comedy legends in the same room!!!

When he walked out of the shop with that shovel all I could think of was ‘four candles’

God bless Great Britain 🇬🇧♥️👍 lots of love and respect from Greece 🇬🇷🌞

2024 anyone?

I liked the bit where he has a docket for the boot repairs before he went to prison and when he went back told him they’d be ready by Thursday.
