The best way to describe Dante is "the coolest fuckboy character you can imagine yet also the sweetest dork character you can imagine at the same time"

"Dante is male bayonetta"
No bayonetta is female Dante

Tax evasion is a crime Vergil.
No, its an obligation

"Since when did he have a brother!?"

Since the beginning. Play the games. Join the community.

Fun Fact: About Vergil and Dante being twins, DMC 3 has a scene that shows that Vergil with his hair down (at that point in both their lives) literally looks exactly like Dante and in DMC 5 there's a mode called Bloody Palace and Dante's ending in that mode shows that if he slicks back his hair, it looks exactly like Vergil's hair but he doesn't look exactly like Vergil anymore due to him having aged more than his brother (although they still do look like brothers).

Bonus fun fact: Vergil's human half is canonically a poem loving, emo skinny boy

The inception of Dante’s character was the devs asking the question “Can we make a ‘cool’ character who doesn’t drink, smoke or swear?” The result? Mr. Wacky Woo-Hoo Pizza Man himself 🤣

Twist her arm make her watch the DMC3 openin scene.

I love how chat sucessfuly "ghaslit" Lily into thinking that shirtless Dante is a common thing even though he has only really done it on DMC 3.

Lily lusting after the sons of Sparda makes sense, no-one can resist that absolute legend aura for long. It would be funny if she played the games after this. Just to see her reaction to the drama.

Fun fact: dante gets stabbed with his own sword every single game. It became such a meme even to its creator that it became a plot point and a game mechanic...

To explain Dante: He and Majima would be the best of friends. Just that Dante doesn't have to pretend he's not a reality-defying demigod

"I never played DMC"
SHE. MUST.

5:40 7:57 Not even played the games and she's already soaking.
She must INDEED play it.

Fun fact: there's actually another DMC anime that came out a long while ago

0:33 Wanna know the funny part? Dante and Vergil are twins, and yet Vergil looks like he's in his 20s while Dante looks middle age

Bayonetta is the female equivalent of Dante. Dante was made first

dang, they forgot to tell her that Vergil is a MASSIVE weeb! While Dante was eating pizza and icecream, Vergil was studying the blade and reading emo poetry, but he secretely loves doing similar things to his bro

Dante and Vergil are both half demons who witnessed their human mother murdered in order to get payback at their demon father. The easiest way to sum up their motivations is that Dante looks in a mirror and sees a demon like the one who killed his mom, while Vergil looks in the mirror and sees a human too weak to have been able to protect her.

Nothing is canon confirmed but everyone simply agrees Dante does not know what sex is.

Anime Dante is that dude that moves into your neighborhood and every woman flirts with. DMC5 Dante is the Dilf that everybody hangs out with cuz he's always grilling

That poor triangle is gonna break before this year is over.
