I'm just in the beginning stage of this all. We just contacted the EEOC and will be asking to file through them in time. I have dementia so this is very difficult for me. This was great information. I've opted to go to trial because I felt that the few offers made to me weren't sufficient. My spinal specialist told me that he couldn't schedule the back surgery I need because it's too expensive and my insurance would not cover it. It is nearly six years and I'm still waiting in pain
